Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our engineering team. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with experience in building systems and a passion for guest service, this is your opportunity to be part of a top-tier resort on the Gulf Coast.

What You'll Do:

Perform daily repairs and maintenance on resort property Troubleshoot and fix issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, pools, and general maintenance Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure guest safety and comfort Respond quickly to service requests and emergencies Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition Assist in renovation and upgrade projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, construction, pool systems, and general property maintenance Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or similar environment Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays Pool certification or HVAC certification a plus (but not required) Why Join the Holiday Inn Resort Family?
