Duties Inspect pool systems including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination equipment to identify issues or potential failures Repair or replace faulty mechanical components using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot complex equipment problems and implement effective solutions Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting Prior service technician experience in pool maintenance or related fields preferred Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized pool equipment required Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for travel between job sites Join us to bring energy, precision, and professionalism to every pool we service.
