About the Role As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for optimizing equipment performance and ensuring seamless production workflows. By mastering die preparation and precision troubleshooting, you will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality components while maintaining operational excellence across the facility. Responsibilities Configure and calibrate production presses and ancillary equipment to meet exact work order specifications and material requirements. Execute proactive maintenance, including lubrication and component servicing, to maximize machine uptime and reliability. Analyze process parameters to develop repeatable, high-efficiency production cycles that minimize downtime. Perform rigorous quality inspections using precision tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet strict tolerance standards. Troubleshoot mechanical irregularities in real-time, implementing corrective adjustments to maintain consistent output quality. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to streamline production handoffs and ensure clear communication regarding equipment status. Mentor junior operators on best practices for machine setup, safety protocols, and standardized operating procedures. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial machine setup, repair, or maintenance. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use precision measuring instruments. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems under production deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience with metal fabrication or stamping press environments. Basic computer literacy for documentation and process tracking. Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and safety compliance.
