Pool Technician

Toucan Pool Service is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our growing team serving Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, Lutz, Odessa, Land O' Lakes, and surrounding North Tampa areas. This role is hands-on and customer-focused, responsible for maintaining residential swimming pools to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and chemical balance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions, managing a route of weekly service accounts, and performing routine pool maintenance tasks including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, water testing, chemical balancing, filter cleaning, and basic equipment inspections. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential, as you will be representing a trusted, veteran-owned local company in front of customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled weekly pool service routes Test and balance pool water chemistry accurately Clean skimmers, baskets, filters, and pool surfaces Identify and report equipment issues or repairs needed Maintain accurate service records and customer notes Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally

Requirements:
