Kittle Property Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our community, Swiftwater Apartments.   • Your Role:
  • As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining our properties and ensuring a safe, pleasant environment for our residents.
You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from performing morning inspections and preventive maintenance to managing snow removal and landscaping. Your work will directly impact our community's satisfaction and the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage maintenance expenses.
  • Conduct daily inspections of community grounds.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents and complete maintenance requests promptly.
  • Maintain landscaping and perform snow removal.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and supervise contractors.
  • Provide emergency support after office hours and maintain all common amenities.
  • Conduct quarterly unit inspections and other duties as assigned.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
  • HVAC/EPA
    certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency.
  • Ability to understand and execute detailed instructions.
  • Basic computer skills, especially with MS Outlook and MS Word.
