Make Ready/Maintenance Technician: Immediate Start

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Make Ready/Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and functionality of our community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform appliance repairs , electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed. Assist with custodial tasks and grounds maintenance to keep the property in top condition. Complete apartment make-readies before new residents move in. Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, work orders, annual inspections, and inventory. Be available for on-call emergency maintenance during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driver's license (Required) Maintenance Experience (1+ year, Required) EPA Certification (Preferred) Live on-site (Preferred) Painting Experience (Required) Bilingual candidates preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation:

Starting at $20/hour, commensurate with experience 40 hours per week

Schedule:

8-hour shifts | On-call rotation as needed
