$35.00 - $75.00+ per hour Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Service Technician & Sales Representative to join our premier service team on the Treasure Coast. This is a dual-function role designed for high-performing individuals who possess both technical mechanical expertise and a professional sales aptitude. As a field representative, you will be responsible for performing on-site diagnostics, presenting comprehensive repair or replacement solutions to homeowners, and executing the technical work during the same visit.

Primary Responsibilities On-Site Consultation:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential garage door systems to identify malfunctions, spring fatigue, or safety concerns.

Strategic Sales:

Educate homeowners on available solutions, hardware upgrades, and new door installations, providing professional recommendations and transparent pricing.

Technical Execution:

Perform high-quality repairs and installations (springs, cables, rollers, and openers) immediately following the sales process.

Customer Excellence:

Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring a premium service experience for every client from Tradition to the Island.

Candidate Requirements Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-first demeanor.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Prior experience in garage door/gate services or home improvement trades is preferred, though we provide comprehensive training for high-potential candidates.

Logistics:

Ownership of a reliable work vehicle (Truck or Van) is highly advantageous.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic and the ability to manage a consistent daily route across the Port St. Lucie metro area.
