Job Description

Property Management company seeking full-time Maintenance candidate. M-Fri 8:30 - 5PM Responsibilities include: Walking the Clubhouse and other common elements to look for items that need repair/replacement Coordinating service with contractors for repairs and other work. Assisting with setup/breakdown events and assisting other POA team members, which requires flexible hours Good communication, and presentation are important due to frequent visibility and interaction with homeowners; good with follow-ups and time management. We are looking for someone to represent and support the management company and property manager as best as possible. Team player! Employment with our company is contingent upon successful background, drug, and MVR screening. Great company and benefits.
