Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting various plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

DOE Shift:
Sun-Thurs 11pm-7am What's the Job? Perform complex installations, repairs, modifications, and maintenance on equipment, building facilities, vehicles, and related hardware. Support all plant areas including RWT, Extrusion, Value Added, Project Engineering, and Facilities Maintenance. Plan and implement projects such as SAP implementation, new equipment installation, and modifications. Fabricate, repair, install, and maintain equipment utilizing a broad range of tools and machining equipment. Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and gas plumbing systems, including high and low-pressure cylinders, fittings, pumps, and valves. What's Needed? Associates degree in a technical field or at least five years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or completion of a legitimate apprenticeship program as a millwright, mechanical, or machinist. Certified Welder certification for hydraulic piping is critical. Ability to use advanced trade mathematics and precision measuring instruments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex installation and repair procedures. Proficiency in operating hand and power tools, machining equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes. What's in it for me?
