Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, plumbing, minor electrical,drywall, etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to assess and complete jobs in a timely manner. Responsibilities Survey jobs and diagnosis issues and repair. Be able to move from job to job quickly and efficiently. Must be able to hand emergency calls as they come in. Must be able to do minor plumbing and electrical work Hang drywall and paint (Both interior and exterior) Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Must supply own tools Must have own transportation Skills Proven experience as maintenance technician Understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and other household maintenance task Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
