• Maintain buildings, common areas, and patient living spaces in accordance with health and safety standards. Support Our Mission

• Work closely with the Regional Facility Manager and Director of Operations to uphold high facility standards.

Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs . Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes . Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures . Monitor and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and integrity of the entire facility . Five or more years of maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement) Knowledge of OSHA & infection control practices Experience in residential, hospital or medical settings, preferred Detail-Oriented & Organized
