Competitive Pay Based on Experience (Please include your range when posting) About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Handyman who is a true self-starter and takes pride in quality workmanship. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and can independently handle a wide range of residential and light commercial construction and repair tasks. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in multiple trades, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and to high standards Install and repair siding (vinyl, fiber cement, etc.) Complete carpentry work including framing, trim, doors, windows, and custom finishing Execute tuckpointing, brick repair, and masonry-related tasks Handle interior and exterior finishing work (drywall, painting, caulking, etc.) Troubleshoot and resolve various property maintenance issues quickly and professionally Keep job sites clean and organized Work independently with minimal supervision while communicating progress clearly Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Handyman, Carpenter, or General Construction Worker Strong skills in siding, carpentry, tuckpointing, and finishing work Ability to work safely with hand tools, power tools, and ladders Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Tool belt and tools to perform standard repairs. Specialized tools will be provided on jobs requiring them.
