You'll handle HVAC, general repairs, and unit turns to keep apartments safe, comfortable, and move‑in ready for residents. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems within your certification and community standards. Complete resident work orders for plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues. Perform unit turns, including touch‑up paint, minor drywall repair, caulking, and hardware replacements. Help with grounds, common areas, and curb appeal as needed. Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency maintenance (if required by the community). Requirements Current EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal). Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred. Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use standard maintenance tools, and work on your feet throughout the shift. Strong customer service and communication skills with residents and onsite teams. Compensation and Schedule Full-time role in Tampa, FL (exact schedule set by community).
