Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dependable individuals to assist with cleaning raised floors in data centers, telecommunications facilities, and other critical environments on an occasional basis. This position focuses primarily on cleaning raised access flooring tile surfaces by hand. No IT experience is required. Duties Scrub and wipe raised floor tiles by hand using provided OSHA-safe cleaning supplies and materials Collaborate with team members to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to standard Follow all safety protocols while on site to prevent accidents or damage to flooring surfaces Assist with side work such as organization and load-in/load-out Requirements Familiar with manual labor Prior industrial cleaning experience a plus Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and repeat specific procedures consistently Comfortable working on hands and knees for extended periods (kneepads provided, short breaks OK) Good physical stamina Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness Own transportation Basic working English Español OK About the Job This is a temporary/gig-type job with occasional availability Most jobs are on weekends; job sites vary within Greater Tampa Bay Area We meet at 7:45AM near the job site and work regular hours 8AM-5PM. Full day pay is guaranteed in case of early finish 1 hour unpaid lunch break; company buys lunch
