If you're hands-on, safety-focused, and want steady daytime hours with guaranteed overtime opportunities, this is a great fit. You'll complete work orders, perform general repairs, and use a company-provided smartphone to upload photos and notes for each job. This role includes a rotating on-call schedule — all on-call work is paid overtime . ⭐ What You'll Do Perform general commercial maintenance and repairs Stucco and drywall patching/texture matching Paver repair (leveling uneven pavers) Asphalt repair (minor patching) Pressure washing Replace ceiling tiles and perform light interior repairs Safely work on ladders up to 24 ft Use a smartphone to document work orders with photos and notes Follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks on time Participate in rotating weekend on-call schedule ⭐ Requirements Basic personal hand tools Valid driver's license + safe driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to follow instructions and work independently Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet deadlines This employer participates in E-Verify. ⭐ Why Work With Us?
