Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Pool Technician and become a vital part of ensuring pristine, safe, and well-maintained swimming pools for our valued clients. In this energetic role, you will leverage your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills to deliver top-tier pool maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services. Your proactive approach will help keep pools in optimal condition, providing clients with enjoyable and worry-free aquatic experiences. Duties Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and filter cleaning to maintain a sparkling appearance. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using hand tools and power tools. Identify mechanical issues promptly and execute repairs or recommend replacements to prevent future breakdowns. Maintain detailed service records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed for each client site. Assist with installation of new pool equipment or upgrades to existing systems following safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients about service procedures, maintenance schedules, and safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a pool service technician or similar role with a strong background in pool maintenance and repair. Mechanical knowledge of pool systems including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorination systems, and related equipment. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently. Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting complex mechanical issues quickly and accurately. Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures to ensure water quality standards are met. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple client sites. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
