Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Technician Riomar Country Club | Vero Beach, FL Riomar Country Club, a private member-owned club located between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean in Vero Beach, is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. Position Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout Club facilities and grounds Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general maintenance projects Complete preventative maintenance assignments Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Support special projects, events, and facility improvements as needed

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or facilities experience required Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair practices Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues efficiently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed
