Responsibilities:

What your day to day might look like: Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program Maintain company safety standards
