While window cleaning will be a primary responsibility, this position offers the opportunity to learn a wide range of exterior property care services including: Window Cleaning Exterior Soft Washing Roof Washing Pressure Washing Gutter Cleaning Hardscape Surface Cleaning Seasonal Services & Holiday Lighting Installation This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to develop multiple valuable skills, and is interested in growing with a young company. No experience necessary for the right candidate. What You'll Do Perform residential window cleaning services Learn and perform exterior soft washing and pressure washing Assist with roof cleaning and preservation services Install and remove seasonal holiday lighting Maintain equipment and vehicles Interact professionally with homeowners Follow safety procedures and quality standards Assist with property inspections and service recommendations Help establish systems and operating procedures as the company grows Qualifications Window cleaning experience preferred but not required Exterior cleaning experience is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions Comfortable working on ladders and around heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry equipment safely Dependable and punctual Room to Grow This is not intended to be a dead-end technician position. We are intentionally building a small founding team and are looking for individuals with leadership potential. The goal is for this role to develop into a leadership position as the company grows. The right candidate will help establish service standards, train future team members, refine operating procedures, and contribute to the long-term success of the business. Our hope is that this initial technician hire will ultimately grow into a Field Operations Manager role responsible for overseeing crews, maintaining quality standards, and helping lead company operations.
