Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become a vital part of maintaining sparkling, safe, and inviting swimming environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine pool maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repairs to ensure optimal operation and safety standards. Your expertise will help create enjoyable experiences for pool users while upholding the highest quality and safety protocols. There is plenty of room for advancement and weekly and monthly bonuses. Duties Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and maintaining water clarity. Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early. Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty equipment efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs performed. Assist with chemical balancing to ensure safe water quality in compliance with health regulations. Troubleshoot mechanical problems using mechanical knowledge and repair skills to minimize downtime. Support overall pool maintenance operations by adhering to safety standards and company procedures. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or maintenance. Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with pool systems is highly preferred. Strong understanding of pool maintenance techniques including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment troubleshooting. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and routine tasks. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Valid driver's license is a plus; willingness to learn new skills related to pool care.
