This hands-on role requires strong multi-trade capability—electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and mechanical systems—with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and responsive service. Required Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial property/estate maintenance, or a similar multi-trade role.
  • Demonstrated experience in electrical, HVAC, (
Including:
Chiller Water System, Hydronic Loop System & Water Sourced Heat Pumps) plumbing, painting, and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, basic schematics, and equipment documentation.
  • Working knowledge of tools, materials, and best practices for repair and preventive maintenance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and service calls, including after-hours emergencies as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (required)
  • United States Citizen.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
(Bilingual is a plus) Preferred Qualifications Applicable licenses and/or certifications relevant to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Experience working in high-end residential estates, historic properties, or hospitality environments. Basic welding, small engine repair, & irrigation system experience. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in tight spaces or at heights. Occasional work on holidays and weekends may be required.
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional holidays and weekends as needed). (Preferably within a 30-minute commute)
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience, licenses & certifications.
Benefits:
Paid time off. Receive (1) week after the first year and (2) weeks after the second year. Health Insurance Contribution.
