Full Time Remote Who We Are JR Services is a professional business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in logistics, transportation support, and administrative operations. We partner with U.S.-based companies to deliver reliable, high-quality back-office solutions. About the Role As a Fleet Maintenance Officer, you'll coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities for the company's fleet of trucks. Your role ensures minimal downtime, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. You'll also maintain detailed maintenance records and collaborate with various departments to support efficient fleet operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and repairs for the company's fleet of trucks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed, including dates, parts used, and costs. Work closely with external repair shops and parts suppliers to order necessary components and schedule timely repairs. Track warranty and service contract information for all vehicles to ensure work is performed under valid agreements. Monitor and analyze fleet maintenance data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements. Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to extend vehicle life and reliability. Provide regular updates to management on the fleet's maintenance status and schedules. Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with company safety standards and regulations. Support the development and management of the fleet maintenance budget, tracking expenses and recommending cost-saving measures. Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to coordinate maintenance activities and communication. Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, fleet maintenance, truck repair, or a related transportation role. Willingness to learn company-specific computer programs. Proficient in English (oral and written). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Active listening and effective communication skills. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations related to truck maintenance and repair. What We Offer Competitive salary.
