WHAT WE OFFER

  • Monday-Friday schedule.
No regular on-call. Occasional weekend only when a customer needs us.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own a recurring route of residential and commercial pools, spas, and water features.
  • Test, balance, and document water chemistry at every visit to keep water safe and clear.
  • Perform minor equipment repairs: filters, pumps, heaters, and seasonal openings and closings.
  • Inspect pools for issues, troubleshoot problems early, and escalate what needs a specialist.
  • Submit a digital e-report after every job
  • chemical levels, work performed, before/after photos.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates throughout the day.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • required (you'll drive a company vehicle daily).
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Smartphone proficient
  • you'll use our app to document service and stay connected with the team.
  • Dependable, honest, and accountable
  • clean background check required.
  • Prior pool, spa, or outdoor service experience is a plus
  • not a requirement.
  • CPO certification is a bonus
  • or the willingness to earn it with our support.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
Days 1-30: Shadow experienced technicians, complete paid training on water chemistry and equipment, and get set up with your vehicle, phone, and service app. Days 31-60: Take ownership of your route with manager support. First performance check-in at 60 days. Day 90: Full performance review. Compensation trajectory set. Most technicians are fully independent and thriving by this point.
