Tuesday-Saturday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM Overview Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Clean Utilities Maintenance Technician III. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma with 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, in two or more of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Plumbing, Fire systems, Cold storage, Water systems. Responsibilities Perform routine and complex maintenance on infrastructure and clean utility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, clean steam, fire systems, cold storage, and high purity water systems. Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain reliable system performance and minimize downtime. Interpret and review utility, process equipment, plumbing, ductwork, architectural, and
HVAC P&ID
drawings. Complete maintenance documentation, operational logs, and work orders accurately using computerized and paper-based systems. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with CFRs, GxP regulations, SOPs, job plans, and company policies. Support spare parts inventory management for facility and utility systems. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and support continuous facility operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and equipment. Collaborate with maintenance staff, engineers, contractors, planners, and operations teams to complete maintenance activities efficiently. Support the reliability and compliance of clean utility systems critical to facility operations and regulatory standards. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, in two or more of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Plumbing, Fire systems, Cold storage, Water systems. Strong electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and facility schematics. Experience working in a regulated or GMP/GxP environment. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and business communication. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple maintenance tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to learn technical systems and seek resources to advance technical knowledge.
