  • III to join our manufacturing facility team. This role is essential in ensuring the continuous operation and optimal performance of industrial equipment and machinery. The Maintenance Mechanic
  • III will perform complex maintenance tasks, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial maintenance, a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and the ability to interpret schematics. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to operational efficiency and safety standards within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform routine and complex maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot and repair machinery using precision measuring instruments, schematics, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Conduct preventative maintenance activities to reduce equipment failures and improve reliability. Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting automation systems and implementing control modifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Repair and fabricate components through welding, including welding techniques as required. Operate industrial lifts such as scissor lifts safely for access to elevated equipment. Assist with high voltage and low voltage electrical repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to facilitate repairs. Support field service operations by providing technical assistance on-site at various locations. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime while maintaining safety protocols. Skills Extensive experience in industrial mechanic roles within manufacturing facilities. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of CMMS platforms for work order management. Skilled in hydraulics, CDL, HVAC/R systems, welding, and mechanical repair techniques. Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams accurately. Electrical experience with high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with ammeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices and safety standards. Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues efficiently. Field service experience in manufacturing environments preferred. Customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English. Background in military or industrial maintenance training is advantageous.
