You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver outstanding results that elevate the value and appearance of residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities Measure openings accurately using blueprint reading and schematics to ensure proper fitment of windows and doors Install a variety of window and door types, including frame carpentry, door hanging, and glass installation, adhering to safety standards and project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently during installation processes Conduct construction site inspections to verify proper alignment, sealing (caulking), and finishing touches such as trim carpentry and plastering Coordinate with team members to manage construction schedules, materials delivery, and site safety protocols Perform restoration work when necessary, including masonry, concrete finishing, or roofing adjustments to ensure seamless integration of new installations Read blueprints and schematics thoroughly to interpret project requirements accurately for precise execution Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on window and door installation or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction management practices Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques relevant to window and door installation Familiarity with construction estimating processes and inspection procedures to ensure quality standards are met Experience with various construction disciplines including plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, stucco, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, and concrete finishing is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively Join us in delivering top-tier window and door solutions that transform spaces!
