Temp To Hire Description Essential Job Functions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily once they have been fully trained. Working closely with the maintenance dept. management and engineers to achieve dept. goals. Completing daily work reports. Complete preventative maintenance activities. Communicate gap items to department management and engineers for countermeasure activity as needed. Perform/follow department safety and 6S procedures. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment as directed. Assist other maintenance associates where needed. Work with production depts. members on all dept. improvements and Kaizen activities. Help with new model equipment modifications and setup. Teach and program production robots. Work and communicate with all dept. supervision teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment. Identify, weigh, and warehouse products correctly. Troubleshoot issues that arise, make informed decisions, and implement countermeasures. Work with Process Staff to improve and document process changes. Notify the maintenance department of equipment problems. Ensure paperwork is completed and signed correctly. Input daily product usage for environmental tracking. Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements • Must pass the
