09 Jun 2026 Salary Details Competetive Salary Offered Job Description Description A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the hotel through painting, wall covering, and surface preparation. This role supports the overall guest experience by ensuring guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are well maintained and meet brand and safety standards. Qualifications A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred. Good customer skills are also required. Perform interior and exterior painting, including guestrooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming prior to painting Repair drywall, plaster, and minor wall damage as needed Match paint colors and finishes according to hotel standards Safely operate painting tools and equipment, including ladders and lifts Maintain inventory of paint supplies and materials Open Availability
