Maintenance Technician II

Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to ALs success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.

Your Day to Day at American Landmark as a

Maintenance Technician:

Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.

Responding to work orders within 24 hoursComplete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and trackedTracking inventory used Notifying the Maintenance Supervisor about re-ordering needsQualifying Accomplishments of a

Maintenance Technician:

Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance TechnicianHVAC Certified (Requirement)Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting abilityIrrigation knowledge
