Swimming Pool Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a Pool Technician to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and minor repairing pools to ensure they are safe and in optimal condition. At Azer Pool Services, we believe in GREAT work ethics. Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing
• Minor repair and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, etc.
• Conduct inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs are preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in pool maintenance, preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively Background, criminal and drug tests are required for this position.
