- Full-time Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join a highly disciplined, automation-focused manufacturing operation.
This is a role for a technician who values craftsmanship and precision over "putting out fires." You will be joining a clean, structured facility that utilizes advanced robotics and automated systems to supply high-quality components to the automotive industry. This is not a typical "fix-it-when-it-breaks" environment. We are looking for a process owner who wants to build for the long term. You will play a critical role in optimizing equipment uptime, integrating new technologies, and refining processes to ensure our plant operates at peak efficiency. If you are a patient, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow with a company that has significant room for expansion, we want to hear from you. - Maintain and troubleshoot material handling robotics and pick-and-place systems, ensuring precise calibration and reliable operation of complex integrated cells. Mechanical & Fluid Power Maintenance
- Perform precision repairs on mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive components. You will ensure conveyors, actuators, and robot end-effectors are mechanically sound, aligned, and calibrated to OEM specifications. Continuous Improvement & OEE
- Drive initiatives to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by analyzing downtime data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing logic or mechanical changes that improve cycle times and reduce waste. Cost Reduction & Process Efficiency
- Actively look for ways to reduce maintenance overhead and spare parts consumption without sacrificing quality, ensuring the department runs lean and effective. Equipment Commissioning & Integration
- Collaborate with the team to install, commission, and test new production equipment, ensuring it meets safety standards and operational requirements from Day 1. Root Cause Analysis
