Shift:
Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week, alternating between 5:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed — your expertise keeps us moving! What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with precision
  • Keep detailed repair reports and record activities in our work order system
  • Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance to prevent downtime
  • Support maintenance on Lumber Stacker & Breakdown, Boilers, Kilns, Dust Systems, and more
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct equipment installations and keep our facility in top shape
  • Take on additional tasks as needed — your skills are essential!

What We're Looking For 3
  • 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent field AND preferably a technical degree or certificate.
Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic knowledge as pertains to the following: Ability to read and utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals, blue prints, electrical diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, and operation manuals in the repair, modification and maintenance of equipment Must be proficient in 3ph electrical wiring and troubleshooting; building and maintaining electrical cabinets, motor starters, contactors, relays; hydraulic pump and cylinder diagnostics and repair; plc diagnostics, programing, and repair Additional skills preferred: Ability to read building and machine prints Ability to use precision measuring devices Strong communication skills, ability to follow written and verbal directives Poses the ability to read and understand technical manuals Welding and fabrication skills preferred but not required Supports the values of the organization and represents these traits in their daily interaction
General Physical Demands:
Lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis, occasionally up to 75lbs. Regularly required to talk, hear, see, and read. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb regularly Working at heights of 10 feet or higher, operating lift devices and entering confined spaces Why Join Us?
