This role involves handling a wide range of maintenance tasks including unit buildouts, general repairs, and tenant work orders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in multiple trades, excellent problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs in commercial units and common areas Complete tenant work orders in a timely and professional manner Assist with unit buildouts, renovations, and construction tasks Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and concrete work Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively Load and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed Ensure properties meet safety and quality standards Communicate effectively with tenants, management, and team membersQualifications:
Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction-related roles Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, concrete, and basic carpentry Proficient in using tools, machinery, and equipment relevant to the job Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical, efficient solutions Physically capable of performing manual labor, lifting, and working outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferably capable of towing trailers) High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus Reliable transportation to get to and from the job (preferably able to tow a trailer)Preferred Attributes:
