• Full Time / Part-Time
• Hourly/ Non-Exempt The person in this position will help keep the building, and equipment running smoothly. He or she will perform various tasks such as cleaning, repairing, installing, inspecting, and troubleshooting. He or she will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensures facility is tidy and functional. Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up and break down items for events.
• Inspection of elevators and fire extinguisher.
• Drywall repair and painting.
• HVAC-Changing of air filters, fan belts, keeping condensation lines clear.
• Maintains outside trash containers
• Assists with tree pruning.
• Performs pressure washing.
• Replacement of light bulbs.
• Cleaning of suspended artifacts.
• Cleaning of outdoor windows,
• Assists with graduation events. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Drywall
• Basic knowledge of electrical,
• Basic knowledge of plumbing.
• Painting
• Climbing ladders.
• Heavy Lifting. Job Requirements
• Knowledge of English Language/High School degree.
• Valid driver's license / Ability to drive golf cart.
• Ability to operate power tools.
• Ability to use hydraulic lifts.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing (toilets, sinks, urinals, PVC, and copper)
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed,

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
