Handyman Helper / Laborer

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Handyman Helper to join our residential maintenance team. In this role, you will work directly with a lead technician to provide high-quality home repairs, improvements, and general maintenance for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety—no two days are the same. You might be helping with a bathroom refresh in the morning and assisting with deck repairs in the afternoon. Lead:

Assist in various tasks including light plumbing, electrical fixture installation, and carpentry.

Home Prep & Finishing:

Handle surface preparation, interior/exterior painting, and drywall patching.

Tool Management:

Set up, clean, and maintain hand and power tools to ensure safety and efficiency.

Customer Care:

Interact professionally with homeowners, ensuring their property is respected and the work area is left spotless.

General Labor:

Assist with heavy lifting, material transport, and minor demolition as needed for renovations.

What We're Looking For Basic Trade Knowledge:

A fundamental understanding of home repair tools and techniques.

Reliability:

Punctuality is a must; our clients rely on us to show up when promised.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.).

Communication:

Clear, polite communication skills for interacting with the team and clients.

Transportation:

A valid driver's license and reliable transport to the job or office.
