Responsibilities:

The Technician will be responsible for: Repair and maintenance of commercial trailers, including welding and fabricating Ensuring equipment is DOT compliant Ensuring equipment is operational with minimal downtime Responsible for maintaining a culture of compliance and safety in the workplace by enforcing established policies and procedures Ensures a safe and clean work environment Ability to clearly document cause, complaint, and correction on each repair order Able to diagnose and repair issues related to (but not limited to) trailers, some light mechanical on Trailers. Able to weld and fabricate Must be able to complete repairs within SRT times Will work on other equipment as necessary Must be on time and present on days scheduled to work

Qualifications:

Verifiable Experience as a Trailer Technician Ability to lead and supervise DOT Inspector Certification Air Brake Certification Electrical Experience Welding and Fabrication experience Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work in all outdoor seasonal temperature conditions
