Together we create the future of personalizing medicine. About the job Perform regular inspections and precentive maintence on machinery, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and provide timely solutions. Light grounds maintenance as required. Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; order replacements as needed. Provide recommendations for equipment updates and improvements. May require working outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends to address urgent maintenance concerns. Set yourself apart High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or trade school certification preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems. What's on offer?
