Top Notch Garage Door is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers: handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating dispatch to ensure our technicians are in the right place at the right time. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Schedule and dispatch technicians for garage door installations, repairs, and maintenance calls. Provide customers with accurate information on products, services, and pricing. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records including service history, billing, and contact information. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns. Collaborate with service, sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth coordination. Support the team with administrative tasks and daily reporting as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification a plus. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a residential or home services environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or scheduling software. Experience in ServiceTitan highly preferred, but not required. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing details. Experience in the garage door or home improvement industry is a plus, but not required.
