Key Responsibilities Routine Inspections :
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to identify maintenance issues and ensure all systems are functioning properly.
Repairs and Maintenance :
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other equipment as needed. This includes fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining heating and cooling systems.
Preventative Maintenance :
Participate in a preventative maintenance program to prolong the life of hotel equipment and facilities.
Guest Requests :
Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Safety Compliance :
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, including maintaining fire alarms and other safety equipment.
General Upkeep :
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal. Required Skills and Qualifications Education . Vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is preferred.
Experience :
Previous experience in maintenance or repair work is preferred. experience in hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
Communication Skills :
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
