Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a mid-size hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and comfortable for guests and staff by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across all areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition Assist with preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or a similar environment Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts if needed
