gainesville, georgia Posted 5/21/2026 Closes 8/31/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $18.00 per hour Permanent 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Industry installation, maintenance & repair (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations) Reference number S_176022 The Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the apartment community. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades, above average communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents. This is an onsite position requiring daily attendance. Perform routine and emergency maintenance across the property Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including basic diagnostics and maintenance Complete drywall repairs, patching, and finishing Execute painting projects, including touch-ups and full-unit turns Conduct electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, fixtures, and minor wiring tasks Repair and install appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.) Perform general all-around maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and preventative upkeep Respond to resident maintenance requests professionally and promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support turnover of units to ensure readiness for new residents #IND123

Qualifications:
