Job Description

Position Title:
3rd shift -
Maintenance Technician Pay Rate:
$30.35-$40.42 per hour
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time Physical Location:
Griffin Box (Griffin, GA) Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, inspections, adjustments) and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using appropriate tools, manuals, and schematics Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI. Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress. Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals and support plant operations. Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall maintenance and production efficiency. Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required. Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.
