In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our production equipment and facility infrastructure. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment, supporting continuous manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong technical background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage controls, high voltage components, industrial electricians' work, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, pneumatic tools, HVAC/R systems, and other mechanical equipment using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Conduct welding (including -specific welding standards), metal fabrication, and use mechanical knowledge to repair or replace parts as needed. Operate field service tools like scissor lifts safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas for maintenance tasks. Document all maintenance activities accurately in CMMS; generate reports on equipment status and repairs for analysis. Support safety protocols by inspecting electrical wiring (including high voltage), low voltage systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial mechanic work within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong electrical experience with knowledge of industrial electrician practices, schematics reading, and troubleshooting using tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding (including welding standards), and mechanical repairs. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems. Ability to interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and maintenance manuals effectively. Excellent analysis skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Prior military experience or field service background is a plus due to the discipline and technical rigor involved. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly in English across diverse teams.
