Major Functions of the
Job Include:
Clean and maintain both interior and exterior spaces, including work areas, maintenance shop, walk ways, hallways, leasing office. Empty and clean trash and garbage containers, transport trash and large items to designated areas of the property. Clean out vacant apartments and assist with turning units if needed. Prepare surface and perform painting projects as assigned. Prepare vacant apartments for move-in. Make all repairs/replacements (sinks, toilets, blinds, etc.) necessary for apartment to be occupied Apply touch-up paint/drywall as needed. Install appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, window units etc. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. A minimum of 2 yrs of maintenance experience, preferable in the property management field. Must be a team player!!!!!! Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals Conduct service repairs on air conditioning units, heating systems, and related mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operation Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately Assist with construction or renovation projects related to facility maintenance as needed Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or upgrades to ensure safety and quality standards are met Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspection reports to ensure compliance and accountability Join us in delivering exceptional maintenance services that keep our operations running efficiently!
