We're looking for dependable, motivated professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and want to grow with a rapidly expanding company. We hire for attitude, accountability, ownership, and communication first. Pool skills can be taught. What You'll Do Clean and maintain pools, spas, and water features. Test and balance water chemistry. Perform minor repairs and clean filters. Document service visits using company software. Communicate professionally with customers and management. Maintain clean equipment, vehicles, and work sites. What Makes Us Different Our technicians work independently throughout the day, but we're a team-first company. We support each other, share knowledge, solve problems together, and always put the customer first.
We expect every technician to:
Take ownership of their route and customer relationships. Communicate proactively with customers and teammates. Follow company procedures and reporting requirements. Ask questions, share ideas, and help the team improve. Benefits Company Vehicle (after training)

Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend work only when needed to serve a customer. Requirements Strong work ethic and customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Dependable, honest, and accountable. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors. Smartphone proficiency. Valid Driver's License. Clean background check.
