Swimming Pool Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, assembly, and finishing of residential and commercial swimming pools. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble pool structures and related components Prepare sites by performing excavation, grading, and concrete forming to create a stable foundation for pools Install plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and filtration equipment following safety standards and technical specifications Use hand tools and power tools to assemble pool shells, frames, decking, and other structural elements with precision Apply finishing techniques such as caulking, plastering, tile laying, and concrete finishing to ensure a smooth and professional appearance Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material transportation Conduct inspections throughout the installation process to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on pool or outdoor structure installation Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection procedures, and safety protocols Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, concrete forming, and finishing techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized fabrication tools confidently Knowledge of various construction trades including carpentry (frame carpentry), roofing (if applicable), plastering, tile laying, masonry, welding, flooring installation, glass installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, restoration work, hardscape features such as patios or retaining walls Experience working on diverse projects involving remodeling or renovation of existing structures is a plus Join our team to build exceptional swimming pools that elevate outdoor living spaces!
