Pool Technician/ sales

Duties Perform comprehensive pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct routine inspections and repairs of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using hand tools and power tools. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime for clients' pools. Assist customers by providing expert advice on pool care products, maintenance schedules, and equipment upgrades to boost sales. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each client. Support the sales team by demonstrating pool equipment features and explaining benefits to prospective customers. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities to protect yourself and clients' property. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting. Proficiency in pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used for equipment repair and installation. Prior service technician experience or background in pool or equipment maintenance is highly desirable. Ability to operate various maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain technical information clearly. A proactive attitude with a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
