Maintenance Technician

The Stonekey Group a Mid sized Apartment management company is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Lead/Technician to join our team for our In-town and Gwinnett portfolio. Lawrenceville, GA location. Must have experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Other responsibilities would include:

maintaining property grounds, minor painting, preventative maintenance and being on call for after hour emergencies. Responsibilities:

Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority

EPA HVAC

certified required Make Ready/Turning apartments after move out Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas Painting/staining handrails or common areas both interior or exterior when needed Preventative Maintenance Maintain a clean and well organized shop and other work areas Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on call with other team members
