ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc. is part of a joint venture with Toshiba TEC ( ETRIA Global website ). We are a leading provider of toner products at our facilities in Lawrenceville, GA. Join our team to help create the best manufacturing company in the office printing industry. EMUS is seeking a 2nd shift (3 pm-11:30 pm) Molding Maintenance Tech to support our fast-paced Toner Molding manufacturing operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Molding Maintenance Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. This includes molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Model the "safety first" behaviors we expect of all associates by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment. Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes. Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Perform product (tooling) changeovers. Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems. Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment. Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
