Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled Maintenance Utility Technicians in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for supporting plant operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. IN A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Performing breakdown maintenance on plant equipment.
- Using and understanding all aspects of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Identifying and addressing quality issues while improving productivity and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related issues.
- Supporting industrial mechanical systems, including welding, electronics/electrical repairs, and DC motor/drives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Vocational degree in maintenance-related disciplines or equivalent formal training/work experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in plant maintenance and engineering in a technician role.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and PLC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process issues independently.
